We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple.

30-day money back guarantee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange, no questions asked. Items should be unworn and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@zappypower.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label, so the return costs you nothing.

Refund processing

Once your return arrives, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement right away at no cost, no return needed.
