Refund Policy

30 days, no restocking fee

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not require a reason.

Condition of returned items

Items should be in resalable condition with any original packaging. Candles that have been burned and linens that have been laundered cannot be resold. If those items are faulty, we replace them at no cost rather than issuing a return.

How to start a return

Email support@northlynhome.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is at our expense.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a further few days to display the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, do not return it until you hear from us. Email support@northlynhome.com and we will ship a replacement immediately at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number has been created, treat it as a return.
