Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every U.S. order

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum spend. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or public holiday, leave the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days from dispatch. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO boxes outside of USPS serviceable addresses.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated in five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@northlynhome.com with your order number. We will replace the order or refund it in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you and reship at no extra cost.
